Dear Tina.
It's been over 2 weeks now that we have returned from our trip to Europe (on a Carnival cruise) and I finally get 5 minutes to drop you a line.
Why? Just to tell you thank you for the excellent service that we got both in Florence and Rome.
Florence: The driver Michele: Excellent service!! His knowledge of what to see and his experience with how to get around Florence to get the most visiting time was greatly appreciated. His suggestion to take the time to visit Pisa while we are there (just a 20 drive) was well worth it. The children, who had seen Pisa when they were small, really appreciated the visit.
Rome:The driver Maurizio: Excellent service!! Rome being such a busy city, it was very good to have a person that knows his way around the city to bypass the hot spots so that we could visit the major attractions of the city. Of course Rome cannot be done in a day but we got to see quite a few things eventhough time was very limited.
With a ride that takes over an hour from Civittavecchia to Rome, the time we had did not allow for much wastage of time during our stops.
My group really enjoyed the tours they got.They managed to see much more than probably what they would have seen on their own. The drivers were very helpful and friendly. The mini-buses used were very clean and comfortable.
Again thank you for the great service and we will surely use your services again when we return to Europe.

I did submit a review to Trip Advisor.com and told them how wonderful your service was and how helpful you were to me, answering my many e-mails and questions.I also said the driver was excellent.I could not get onto cruise review but I will try again.

I hope I made myself clear the the last driver that my husband made a mistake with the tip for the first driver he did not give it to him so we gave the second driver all the tip and asked him to give the other driver his tip.
