Dear Tina,
We are now back in America and I wanted to take this opportunity to
tell you how much we enjoyed Gian Carlo (sp?) and Stefano as our
drivers in Rome. As you know, we had some special needs in our group,
my sister being in a wheelchair, and it was wonderful that Limousine
System accomodated us so well. Thank you for calling and checking on
us and giving us tips about the lines at the Vatican. Your service
was so kind and caring. I had the pleasure of being in the van with
Gian Carlo as our driver and he was absolutely great! I found him to
be personable and professional. He started pointing interesting
things out to us as we left the port: the fishing boats and their
catch, a fortress etc. He also shared information about Rome and its
history all the while driving safely. Gian Carlo took special care
to watch out for our 80 year old dad. He's in good health, but we
did lose him for a few minutes as he strayed into a souvenir stand
by the Pantheon and Gian Carlo found him in the crowd. My only
regret is that we only had one day in Rome. I hope to return someday.

missed out. This is the first time we have dared to book our own

were not in the least bit tired on our return to the cruise. Please

Everything went very smoothly and our airport departure was great.
We had a fantastic day in Positano and Quinton did manage to get
down to the bottom with the assistance of the porters - he had a

3 week cruise was great and was made even more enjoyable with your

were in Rome. We appreciated your accommodating our friends at the
port. The driver arrived early and was waiting for us when we
departed the ship, loaded all the baggage (and there was plenty!)
and delivered us to our respective hotels in a timely, courteous
fashion. The day we departed the hotel, another driver was also
early and he was extremely helpful in loading all our luggage. He
spoke English and actually explained all the buildings we drove past
as we exited the city. He was quite a charming man and we all
enjoyed his company. Please tell him thank you again for us. You are
lucky to find such good employees (and it seems like they are lucky
to find you as well)! We will certainly recommend your limo service
in the future and hope to have the opportunity to use your company
again. We enjoyed Rome so much and do have to return, as we did not
